Integrative Family Physician and Clinical Assistant Professor of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Illinois Chicago, Audrey Stillerman MD is Medical Director for the Mile Square School Health Center program where she leads the clinical work of 5 school health centers offering integrated medical and behavioral health services. She serves as a clinician, educator, researcher, administrator, and activist. Since 1991, Dr Stillerman has provided compassionate, holistic care for families across multiple practice settings while advocating for equity. She received additional training in Family Therapy, Mind/Body Medicine, Mindfulness and Transcendental Meditation, and Trauma-Informed Care. In 2019, Dr Stillerman was named one of 50 Notable Women in Healthcare by Crain’s Chicago Business and in 2020 a top Illinois Family Physician by Marquis Who’s Who. A Community Resiliency Model Ambassador and Phase 2 Certified in the Child Trauma Academy’s Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, Dr Stillerman is a co-founder of the Center for the Collaborative Study of Trauma, Health Equity, and Neurobiology (THEN), an Advisory Council member of the Illinois ACEs Response Collaborative, and Board Member for the Partnership for Resilience. She is the proud mother of two beloved daughters.
