Creator and Author of ‘The Do Something Wonderful Protocol' (DSW), Gene Pranger has a proven methodology to help individuals find inner peace and connection in their communities, leading to a happier and more fulfilling life. The DSW Protocol was developed after seeing his father suffer from a series of unfortunate events ultimately leading to a suicide attempt. Gene saw this same pattern begin to emerge in his own life and decided to document and put into practice the DSW Protocol for his benefit and for others. A popular figure in the consumer products and financial services industry, Gene has created and guided some of the most well-known global brands and new product introductions. Gene went on to design over 500 retail bank branches and is credited for inventing the Video Banking ‘Interactive Teller Machine’ and ‘Mobile Video Banking’. He now holds more than 31 US Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights for his creations.
