Colleen Mascia
Colleen Mascia is an established, senior member of the Supplier Diversity team at Pfizer. She has held roles of increasing responsibility in the area’s creative agency management, field force operations and marketing services. For the past several years Ms. Mascia, has dedicated 100% of her time to focusing on the development and execution of supplier diversity strategies across all procurement categories, raising awareness and education of the program within the business, and participating in outreach efforts through partnerships with Pfizer’s advocacy groups. Ms. Mascia is an executive connector, fostering key relationships between Pfizer colleagues and relevant diverse suppliers, resulting in development and growth, as well as an inclusively sourced supply chain.
