Thomas P. Shamshak

Former police chief and licensed private investigator, Thomas P. Shamshak, has made his mission to resolve cases involving missing and abducted individuals. In addition he is a police practices expert and has provided services to law enforcement, governmental agencies, insurance companies and attorneys. Shamshak holds a B.S. in Sociology and a Masters in Criminal Justice. He is currently the program director and lead instructor for the Professional Investigator Program at Boston University. Among his professional affiliations, he counts National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, American Society for Industrial Security, International Assoc of Chiefs of Police, Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association, National Council of Investigation and Security Services, Licensed Private Detectives of Rhode Island, the World Association of Detectives and the Licensed Private Detectives Association of Massachusetts where he served as President.
