Dan Oglesby
Dan Oglesby, Sr. Vice President of Spectrum Health was the featured guest this week. Dan Oglesby has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources management. He has held senior HR leadership positions at Dow Chemical, Corporate Express Delivery Systems, and Alticor (formerly Amway Corporation). Dan has primary responsibility for the oversight of Spectrum Health’s Human Resources; the largest employer in West Michigan with a staff of 14,000, 1500 physicians and 2,000 volunteers, Spectrum has 7 hospitals and more than 140 sites. Spectrum is ranked among the nation’s Top 100 Integrated Healthcare Networks. A key focus of Dan’s efforts is the strategic alignment and integration of human capital initiatives at Spectrum Health. Dan’s extensive experience and leadership supports Spectrum Health’s goal to be a regional Employer of Choice.
