Franklin Lisnow, MEd, MAC, Executive Director of CeDAR (The Center for Dependency, Addiction and Rehabilitation ). Mr. Lisnow has over 35 years of experience in treating chemically dependent individuals and their families. He served as vice president of a 110-bed Pennsylvania treatment center and co-founded the Vermont Addiction Counselors Association. He is past president and 10-year board member of the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors. Mr. Lisnow currently serves on the board of the Society of Addiction Counselors of Colorado. A frequent national spokesman and lecturer about addiction treatment issues, he has authored numerous articles and publications in the addiction field.
