Celia Gunn

An English writer, Celia Gunn has lived in Israel and Canada, working in education and publishing. Insights from her unique experience with the Native Americans inspired her to begin working with her husband, Anthony Thorley, in her indigenous British sacred landscape. Her time is happily divided between co-creating a Chakra Garden, giving talks and running workshops, and ongoing writing projects. Celia’s book about her experience, A Twist in Coyote’s Tale, has been adapted into a film, The Sinix't: Bringing Home the Bones, which premiered in Nelson, BC in 2010. She continues to be involved with the tribe's struggle for full representation. Her other published books include one on animal spirit guides, Simply Totem Animals, and a novel, A Dark Wind. A new novel, The Fourth Gateway, is due out in 2011, with a book on the journey of healing to follow. For more information visit www.earthskywalk.com
