Kitty Hailey, CLI is an investigator of long standing and an advocate for professionalism in the industry. She is an award winning writer and author of the acclaimed 'Code of Professional Conduct: Standards and Ethics for the Investigative Profession.' While ethics is one of her primary concerns her work revolves primarily around the wrongfully incarcerated and civil rights work. She puts her passions to use assisting to right the wrongs of society through civil rights related investigations. She is still working to convict the right people and exonerate those wrongly incarcerated. With a background as an investigator with the Federal Defender Capital Habeas Unit, Kitty has been a part of teams that walked several people off of death row who should not have been incarcerated for those crimes. So her life's work has been to work with her passions...and to do it ethically.
