She is president and owner of Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc and has been a consultant for the past 15 years. She is the author of books: Getting Ready for Mediation and of Interpersonal Wellness System – A Coaching Tool Kit. She is the developer of the Interpersonal Wellness System model, the Interpersonal Wellness Coach program and the designer of the Interpersonal Wellness Quotient (IWQ) assessment instrument.
