Alan Watts is best known as an interpreter of Zen Buddhism and of Indian and Chinese philosophy. Through his writing and speaking, he became known as one of the most original philosophers of the 20th century. He was the author of more than 25 books and numerous articles which applied the teachings of Eastern and Western religion and philosophy to our everyday lives.
