Saturday is the biggest day of the meet at Kentucky Downs with four graded stakes races and daily purses through the roof. We have two members of the Kentucky Downs analysis team joining us with Dick Downey and Caton Bredar. Dick Downey will be our "Ladies Man" as he will tackle the Gr. 3 $450,000 Kentucky Downs Ladies Sprint and Gr. 3 $500,000 Kentucky Downs Ladies Turf. Caton Bredar will join us to help find the top contenders in the Gr. 3 $750,000 Calumet Farm Kentucky Turf Cup; Gr. 3 $500,000 Kentucky Downs Turf Sprint and the $500,000 Kentucky Downs Juvenile Turf Sprint.

Award winning journalist Caton Bredar grew up in the shadow of Arlington Park and held a variety of licenses on the racetrack including exercise rider, owner, trainer and racing official before turning her attention to broadcasting. The grand-daughter of Hall of Fame jockey Ted Atkinson, Bredar began her television and radio career in Chicago before moving on to Florida, New Jersey and California, ultimately settling in Louisville, Ky.
