Companies used to appreciate the hard work of their employees and reward their loyalty with a gold watch! Not so for United Airlines. They rewarded today’s guest, James Trabucco, after two decades or so of hard work, with an unfounded termination! James kept being promoted into better and better positions for the company, such as Operations Manager, and relocated his family to work for United’s locations around the world.
