We have talked a lot in the past year about less than stellar conditions in Nurses places of work, including Bullying, Burnout, and lack of support for one another. What we have not addressed is Work Place Violence. It is hard for me to believe how widespread this reality is for a lot of reasons. This is one of those issues that if Nurses are given a voice in finding a solution (or many solutions), I believe that nurses can meet that challenge.
