This is exactly what The Little Gym International, Inc. does and Heather Anderson leads the charge and lives by example as the VP of Operations at the corporate headquarters. Malory Atkinson was fueled by this through life and eventually decided to co-found and form Shear Structural, Georgia's only 100% women-owned structural engineering firms.
