Professor Ausness is currently examining the opioid litigation phenomenon and what it means for the future of opioid settlement cases. Following Professor Ausness we're joined by Joan Arlinghaus, an advocate for and one of the principals behind Casey’s Law in Kentucky. Joan will be explaining the process for filing Casey's Law and some of the common problems that can occur during the process.
