A graduate of Indiana University, Powell began her career with the Colts in 2008 as a promotions assistant and has since climbed the organizational ladder, being promoted to marketing coordinator in 2010, spending six years in that position before being promoted in 2016 to marketing manager and finally being elevated to her current role in 2018.
