Becky Leichtling found her passion for college admissions early on. As an undergraduate at Carleton College, she was a tour guide and senior intern, and becoming an alumni interviewer after graduation. Her admissions career continued at Tufts University, where she was responsible for the recruitment, applications, and enrollment of students from the Southwest, Midwest, and northern New England. She also helped develop the prospective student experience by coordinating tour guide and student outreach programs, and managing accepted student open houses. Michelle Clifton

Michelle Clifton has spent the majority of her professional career in higher education. She began her career at Rhode Island School of Design, working with student accounts and student loans. At Babson College, she worked in a variety of roles within Student Financial Services, including financial aid, student loans, and student accounts. She most recently served as Babsons associate director of financial aid, providing financial aid counseling for undergraduate and graduate students, reviewing and awarding applications, processing appeals, and overseeing all loan processes.
