We’ve all had to deal with them - the passive aggressive who makes you feel as if everything you do or say is wrong; the drama-queen with the insatiable need for attention; the smooth operator who exploits you as a means to an end; and the egotist, the self-obsessed person who thinks he is superior to everyone else.
