This program will focus on how substance use disorders are viewed and treated worldwide. Our guest will be Dr. David Powell, PhD. is President of the International Center for Health Concerns, Inc. In this capacity he is involved in education and training of health care professionals worldwide, and spends six months of the year living and working in Asia. He has been in the behavioral health field since 1965, and has authored seven texts in the field.
