Dr. Reg Williams is a Professor in the School of Nursing and Psychiatry, Medical School, at University of Michigan. He is a Viet Nam Veteran and is the Principal Investigator for five research grants funded by the Department of Defense. Bonnie Carroll is Director of (TAPS), the national Veterans Service Organization providing resources to those affected by the death of a loved one serving in the armed forces.
