He attended Bennett High School & played for Arizona Western Community College and the University of Hawaii. Ruffin became a free agent in ‘94 & signed with the Phoenix Suns. During his rookie year, he averaged 29.2 points per his 40 minute playing time=5 points to 6.5 minutes per game. He played his following year with the Philadelphia 76ers.
