ZOOM’D welcomes Terri O’Fallon, Ph.D., accomplished practitioner/researcher in learning and change in human systems, to examine the pathways to more expanded stages of leader development. Terri explores the nature of mindset growth and expansion—the distinctive contours of leadership levels involved—and the practices, processes, and approaches proving central to “up-shifting” leaders into new, expanded developmental capacities. The show’s focus will incorporate emphasis on community, and how the building of close developmental cohorts can accelerate the evolutionary cycle of leadership.
