Leland currently holds the Regional President position at Exit Realty Denver CO also working with 501(c) 3 One Life At A Time Esperanza. Leland has played a major role in opening 3 schools, two in Honduras and one in Nicaragua. Most of the students are drop outs with a 6th grade education and a drive to continue for success.
