Such a simple idea: flight attendants who are trained to recognize the signs of the horrific crime of human trafficking, on both international and domestic flights, and trained to report it. This came about through the work of dedicated flight attendant Sandra Fiorini, who flies for American Airlines, who hooked up with Deborah Sigmund, founder and Executive Director of Innocents at Risk, an organization whose purpose is to raise awareness about and promote ways to stop human trafficking.
