The Right Service at the Right Time is an initiative from the Orange County Library System, based in Orlando, Florida, that provides an easy way for residents to connect with social services and e-government resources. Developed with an LSTA grant from the state library of Florida, this resource walks customers through a simple interface, guiding them to the information they need, whether it filing for unemployment, applying for food stamps, or finding shelter for the night.
