Recovered Gerson patient Betsy Heilman, who has appeared in two of our Gerson Therapy documentaries, telling of her successful battle with “incurable” ovarian cancer eight years ago, a fight compounded by living 80 miles north of Wasilla, Alaska and fighting with polar bears for her carrots.
