What about ordinary people like me who don’t have millions and millions of dollars? What kind of planning is appropriate and necessary? I want to be responsible and do enough, but not too much. If I don’t have an “estate” do I need to do “estate planning”? Do I have a potential probate problem? What is probate anyway?
