Valerie Adams joined the Autism Spectrum Therapies team in April 2011. She has over 29 years of experience as an occupational therapist, primarily working with children. Her knowledge of children and adolescents with disabilities is extensive. She is a contributing author of the book Guidelines for Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy in California Public Schools. In 2003 she was the recipient of the Occupational Therapy Practice Award from the Occupational Therapy Association of California.
