Marc Appleton

Marc Appleton has received many awards from the American Institute of Architects, and he has been widely published in Architectural Digest, Town and Country, Sunset, the Classicist, and other periodicals. He is one of only five designers who have consistently been named one of Architectural Digest’s Top 100 Designs since its inception in 1991. He is the author of three books, George Washington Smith: An Architect’s Scrapbook, California Mediterranean, and New Classicists, and he has assisted in the publication of a new book, Casa del Herrero: The Romance of Spanish Colonial.
