Jacqueline Murekatete

Jacqueline Murekatete is a human rights activist who was born in Rwanda in 1984. She lost most of her family to the 1994 Genocide against Tutsis in Rwanda. She participates in human rights and genocide prevention forums around the world. She received a B.A. in Politics from New York University, and a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
