Dr. Gina T. Chang received her Ph.D in Applied Developmental Psychology from Claremont Graduate University with a concentration in developmental disabilities. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Doctoral level with over 12 years of experience working with persons with autism and other developmental disabilities.
