As July 4th draws near, we are reminded that we live in a great country that loves, protects and defends its Constitution and its peoples' individual freedoms. But freedom comes with obligations and responsibilities which require action. Making a difference requires action, and its outcome depends on how passionate and/or compassionate one is about the cause. There is value in everyone; the challenge is to find ways to help our people at work and at home recognize and identify their value, and the importance of their contributions.
