Following the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Preamble of the UN Charter, and the Convention on the Rights Of The Child, the Pakistan Council for Social Welfare and Human Rights (PCSWHR) has unfolded a broad range of humanitarian and human rights projects in Silkot & AJ&K, Pakistan, to help religious minorities, empower and educate women and girls, and protect children from unfair labor practices. With over 30 paid staff, 22 full time volunteer professionals, and 450 volunteers, PCSWHR established 15 vocational centers to provide tailoring, sewing, arts and crafts
