For the last 30 years, The Connecticut Invention Convention (CIC) has been helping to develop more than 300,000 children inventors. The program helps students strengthen their creative problem-solving techniques by providing innovating and entrepreneurial activities that lead to greater consideration of STEM careers in high school and college. About 54% of student inventors are girls and 25% are minority students from under-served schools.
