From an internship in the NYRA press department while a cum laude graduate of New York University with Bachelor's Degrees in French and Journalism, Sue Finley has spent her entire career in horse racing. She spent her childhood commuting to Belmont Park from her home in Weston, Connecticut. While still a senior at NYU she accepted a full-time position at NYRA in her final term. Her career took her from Senior Media Coordinator at NYRA to a researcher for ABC's Wide World of Sports, to Director of Administration and Publicity at one of ABC's properties, the American Championship Racing Series,
