How much judgment happens in this reality? Everyone perpetrates their judgments on us and we are trained from birth to identify those things that are "good" for us and "bad" for us, which people to hang out with that are good influences or bad influences, which foods are good for our bodies and which are not - so we can in turn perpetrate these judgments on others. Ughhhh...what a way to live. How freeing would it be to not judge everything? What if life was as simple as choosing something, trying it and if it doesn't work for you anymore, choose something different? I know that sounds too
