Ted Louis Bradford was imprisoned for nearly a decade for a rape he did not commit. He spent four additional years awaiting a new trial where he was found not guilty in 2010 based on DNA evidence that proved his innocence. Ted now lives with his wife in Yakima, Washington. He is a talented musician and songwriter and a passionate advocate for the Innocence Project Northwest. Anna Tolin is Deputy Director of the Innocence Project Northwest (IPNW) and a Lecturer at University of Washington School of Law. She supervises IPNW Clinic students investigating claims of innocence for Washington prisoners and oversees post-conviction DNA testing cases under a National Institute of Justice “Bloodsworth” grant in collaboration with the Washington State Patrol Crime Laboratory.
