No emotion known to man so easily fractures a man’s relationship with others than anger. Tragically, most people are inclined to believe that anger is a perfectly normal, if not reflex reaction to perceived offence. Nothing could be further from the truth. Rather, a predilection for easy and frequent experience of a feeling of anger is the most virulent obstacle to proper progress in life, if only for the reason that the emotion of anger can seriously and negatively impact on us in ways that are at a complete variance with our commitments, values and goals. Dynamite is a very potent explosive.
