Dr. Jenny Hoobler had a dream as a child to become a teacher. In fact, her dream as a teacher was documented by her teacher and is proudly displayed as a plaque on her office wall at the University of Illinois Chicago. Jenny worked diligently to make her dream a reality and got her PhD from the University of Kentucky. Jenny has been an Associate Professor of Management and Director of the Center for Human Resource Management at UIC for the past 9 years.
