How often do we pretend we can do something we can’t? Why do we do that? On the other hand, how often do we tell ourselves we CAN’T do something we can? Just think about it. Make a list of all the things you think you can’t do: Learn a computer program, leave a bad relationship, get more exercise, stand up to a bully, fix a toilet, comfort a friend, or face something about you or your life.
