This week we have two guests that were on a mission to be successful. Both of these women faced difficult obstacles. One in the field of Aviation the other with a disability. Our first guest is Captain Nancy Novaes. Nancy was drawn the the world of flying by her grandfather. At the time airline pilots were all men.
