This week’s program recaps a fabulous presentation I heard at the recent Association of Science-Technology conference in Raleigh, North Carolina. Entitled Knowing Your Community: To Be More Interesting, Be More Interested, a panel of science center professionals led by Bill Booth described the transformations that are occurring in their institutions when they listened to what their communities had to say rather than what the institution wanted to hear.
