Acceptance can sometimes get a bad rap. It's easy to think that if we move into acceptance of a situation too quickly or too easily that we are essentially giving up, or not fighting for what we want.
But is that really true?
This week, we will challenge that idea and share our own experience of acceptance. We'll discuss the times that we were in acceptance as well as the times that we were not and what kind of feedback we received.
We'll discuss how it's possible to both be in acceptance and also work towards change.
