Who can you trust? Trust is something not all of us have or feel. And why is that? Maybe once upon a time, a parent, teacher or friend told us something that limited our understanding and appreciation of ourselves…which left a scar. Maybe we were emotionally or physically abandoned. Perhaps someone promised us something important, then did the opposite.
