Alexandra Juhasz

Dr. Alexandra Juhasz is Professor of Media Studies at Pitzer College. She has a Ph.D. in Cinema Studies from NYU and has taught courses on YouTube, media archives, activist media, documentary, and feminist film. She is the author of "AIDS TV: Identity, Community and Alternative Video," "Women of Vision: Histories in Feminist Film and Video," "F is for Phony: Fake Documentary and Truth’s Undoing," and "Learning from YouTube." Dr. Juhasz is also the producer of educational videotapes on feminist issues from AIDS to teen pregnancy.
