April 13th 2015: The Effects of Mental Stress on our Children: Is this the New Neglected Disease?
We are looking at Mental Health Awareness from multi-factual areas. We will look at signs of mental health that may be noticeable. We will also look at various options that one can take to educate awareness concerning mental health issues.
Dr. Carolyn King is a psychiatrist at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services. She works with children, adolescents and adults. Dr. King is an active committee member with the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Dr. Jeanette Scheid is a board-certified general and child psychiatrist who works with children and adults in multiple settings (community-based, residential, inpatient).
