If you work in the museum field, you are probably familiar with the American Alliance of Museums (AAM). Its membership is one of the biggest in the field, and its annual conference attracts thousands of people each year. The conference’s 2015 theme was The Social Value of Museums, Inspiring Change. I’ll be talking with Matt Kirchman, Cecilia Garibay, Porchia Moore, and Michael Madeja about their experience at the AAM conference. Each will share something learned or exciting and tell us what they are taking back to their practice.
