Last week we talked about wanting to own your own business, and now this week I want to follow up with a business picture I don’t find being addressed. One of the things I hear from so many owners of small to medium-sized businesses is, “There are just so many hats I have to wear.” Too many find their self being “everything.” Their exhaustion comes from being so busy working “in” their business, there is no time to work “on” their business.
