Having Ryan Lochte, the face of international swimming, on my show was quite the honor. I had the pleasure of watching many swimmers compete (including Lochte and Phelps) just days ago in Charlotte, North Carolina. These athletes are "hardcore competing" at all levels. When I'm poolside, it is for the tan or relaxation. Today, after a brief advertisement and interaction from a close friend explaining her charity event "Recycling Metal to Recycle Lives," I am honored to flip the gender and have two female swimmers that have been so successful at such young ages. Kathleen Baker

Kathleen Baker is the youngest member of Team Elite. She is a high school senior from Winston Salem, NC, who has committed to swim at the University of California, Berkeley next year. She's already competed on the international stage several times and is on the World Championship team competing in Kazan, Russia, this summer. Baker, at 18 years of age, has accomplished the following: silver medalist in the 200m free relay and was sixth in the 100m back at 2014 FINA Short Course Worlds in Doha, Qatar...qualified for 2014 Pan Pacs with a runner-up finish in the 200m back at Phillips 66 Nationals...finished fourth in the 200y IM at 2013 AT&T Winter Nationals...won four medals at the 2013 FI
