Last week we started our discussion on the role Fear plays in your life. We looked at the difference between Positive and Negative Fear and delved into most of the Fears you face. This Thursday we want to focus on learning the process to control your Fear. You cannot eliminate it, but you can learn to control its affect on your life. You have to know what to do in order to do what you know you should be doing. There’s Power in learning to face and control your fear.
